Neighbours display Sharecrows
Across town, from Oct 20–31, residents and local shops display their creative Sharecrows — each with a bin ready to receive non-perishable ‘treats’ from tour participants.

Families take the tour
People follow the Sharecrows Tour Map, find the displays like a scavenger hunt, and feed the scarecrows by leaving food in the bins — or scan to give online.

The town gathers on Donation Day
In early November, everyone brings their collected food to one spot, where volunteers sort it for the local food bank.
